SAFe® for Teams Class

Develop the skills needed to become a high-performing team member of an ART (Agile Release Train) and learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams by becoming a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
Trainings are available in English and French. Classes are in private groups and according to your schedule and business.

Learning Objectives

• Recognize SAFe® as an operating system for Business Agility
• Know your team and their role in an Agile Release Train (ART)
• Know the other teams involved, their roles, and the dependencies between them
• Identify actions a team can take to embody SAFe's core values
• Summarize skills in team technical agility and Agile product delivery
• Integrate and work with other teams on the train

During this training, participants gain an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), its added value, and what they can do to effectively play their role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
They will also learn how to write User Stories and break down Features, plan and execute iterations, and schedule increments of the ART. Finally, they will learn about the continuous delivery pipeline, the DevOps culture, and learn how to integrate effectively with other ART teams to prepare themselves to implement a continuous improvement approach.
