The SAFe® 6 Product Owner / Product Manager POPM training is a course that provides Product Owners and Product Managers with an in-depth understanding of their role and responsibilities in the Agile Release Train (ART).
This training focuses on the principles of agility, Lean thinking, and product/service development, allowing participants to better understand the environment in which they operate and gain key skills to succeed in their role.
This training is open to anyone with a focus on products who wants to improve their understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART) and how it works.
Finally, the SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager training also prepares participants to take the SAFe®®6 POPM certification exam, which validates their skills by applying the principles.
